  • Test content and methods for motor stator

Interturn testing can be conducted using an interturn tester, which applies a certain voltage and measures the resistance between windings to determine whether there is a short circuit or poor contact in the windings. The results of the inter turn test should meet the requirements of the motor design to ensure that the motor stator does not experience abnormal current or short circuit during operation.


    3、 Voltage testing

    Voltage testing is a testing method used to test the output performance of a motor stator at rated voltage. Voltage testing can be performed using a voltmeter, which measures the output voltage by connecting it to both ends of the stator winding. The results of voltage testing should meet the requirements of motor design to ensure that the motor stator can operate normally at rated voltage and output stable voltage signals.


    4、 Power test

    Power testing is a testing method used to test the output performance of a motor stator at rated power. Power testing can be conducted using a power meter, which measures the output power by connecting it to both ends of the stator winding. The results of power testing should meet the requirements of motor design to ensure that the motor stator can operate normally at rated power and output stable power signals.


    5、 Efficiency testing

    Efficiency testing is a testing method used to detect the energy conversion efficiency of a motor stator. Efficiency testing can be conducted using an efficiency tester, which calculates efficiency by measuring the ratio of motor input power to output power.
