Feature:
1. The instrument can simultaneously conduct tests on 2 (customizable up to 8) insulated boots or gloves, and measure the leakage current of each sample.
2. The inner lining of insulated shoes is made of fabric, and the test uses a dry test method with small steel balls placed inside, which breaks away from the traditional practice of pouring water into the shoes for testing and making the lining difficult to dry after the test is completed
3. The leakage current sampling and tripping mechanism of this voltage resistant bracket are all powered by lithium batteries, and the battery level is displayed as a percentage of the battery level
4. High and low voltage separation, the leakage current of 2 channels is displayed using a high brightness LED display module
5. Each test sample has a breaking mechanism. When any one of the circuits breaks down or exceeds the set leakage current value, the test sample will automatically detach from the test without affecting the testing of other samples
6. The breaking current of the bracket can be set through the button
7. The insulation boot test has a dedicated stainless steel grounding tray, and the insulation glove test has a dedicated stainless steel container for easy operation
Test method for insulated gloves:
1. Low voltage insulated glove test:
The voltage for the preventive test of low-voltage insulated gloves is 2.5kV, maintained for 1 minute, and the leakage current is not greater than 2.5mA, which is considered qualified. The default value of 2.5mA is fixed. After installing the specimen, directly test it according to the operating interface on the testing machine.
2. High voltage insulated glove test
There is only a difference in two parameters: voltage and leakage current. The preventive test voltage for high-voltage insulated gloves is 8kV, held for 1 minute, and the leakage current is not greater than 9mA, which is considered qualified.
